Description We Are Looking For Our Next Export Assistant As main purpose you will assist in invoicing and processing export purchase orders, managing all stages from order receipt to delivery to the customer in the United States. Manage customer purchase orders, prepare export invoices, and provide timely follow-up to assigned clients. Responsabilities: Purchase order entry. Perform invoicing and related activities. Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital export records. Coordinate shipping dates, monitor the invoicing, shipping, and delivery status, and provide proactive feedback for adjustments and improvements. Promote good communication between work teams (within and outside departments) and provide support to the department as needed.
