Job Title

1）Production and Operation Management: Coordinate workshop production activities, develop production plans and track work progress, optimize equipment maintenance strategies, and improve overall production efficiency (including abnormal response and cost control);2）Quality control and improvement: Establish a quality standard execution system, participate in new process design and technology improvement projects, and promote continuous improvement of product quality;3）Safety Management: Organize safety production training, supervise the implementation of workshop safety standards, and implement local environmental policies and requirements (familiar with Mexican safety and environmental regulations);4）Team building: Responsible for recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the production team, and strengthening cross departmental collaboration capabilities;Data analysis: By tracking production data (such as output targets, handling of unsold products, etc.), develop cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans and promote their implementation
