Job Description

Agile coach empowers the organization to adopt Agile as a culture shift. The Agile coach uses his experience and influencing abilities to affect the change from a command-and-control culture to a collaborative one. He works at a tactical level with individual members of Agile teams enhancing their proficiency in executing a Scrum and Agile processes. Is an Agile process champion for multiple teams who enables agility by improving ways of working.Coach, mentor and guide our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific department challenges. Will analyze the organization's existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, helping our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.Job FunctionsScale agile practices across the organization, aligning efforts with the Agile COE strategy and vision.Design and execute the change management strategy at the OU level, coaching teams to adopt and improve agile practices.Monitor team health, ensuring commitments, pace, and quality remain on track while fostering a continuous learning environment.Support the growth of Scrum Masters, promoting a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust.Promote the adoption of SigmAgile practices, frameworks, and tools, ensuring incremental value generation.Engage in continuous learning, facilitate training, and contribute to the development of agile content and best practices.Required Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s Degree (desirable).Agile certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Leadership, or SAFe.Experience & Knowledge:+3 years’ experience in scaling agile practices across teams or organizations.Strong background in agile coaching, mentoring Scrum Masters, and leading agile transformations.In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).Experience running agile projects of varying sizes and complexities.Experience using tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar for project and team management.Language:English C1 / C2 (spoken and written) is required.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and ability to guide teams through agile transformations.Motivational and capable of inspiring teams and individuals to adopt agile practices.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business value through agile methodologies.Collaboration and a strong emphasis on fostering a trust-based, transparent culture across teams.At Sigma, we promote uniqueness.
