These responsibilities include some of the following: Building and maintaining peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in therapeutic areas such as respiratory and allergology. Engaging the external medical community in robust scientific dialogues that generate insights and advance scientific and medical understanding. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the access strategy. Supporting clinical development initiatives, including site identification, trial recruitment, registry management, and follow-up activities across various study types (investigator-sponsored, collaborative-sponsored, and GSK-sponsored studies). Serving as a scientific, clinical, and medical content expert and partner within all areas of Medical Affairs, including Medical Directors, Medical Communications, and more. Establishing and maintaining a compliant and supportive partnership with the Sales team and other counterparts within the Commercial organization. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in medicine with proven experience in high specialty areas. Languages: Intermediate – advanced level of English Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role, ideally in high specialty areas. Demonstrable knowledge of both Private and Public Healthcare Systems, including guidelines and operational procedures of private insurance companies, healthcare organizations, the general health council, and local regulatory agencies. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
