Key Responsibilities: Generate Weekly Production Schedule maximizing plant resources Create Job Orders based on material and capacity Responsible to generate MPS and lead follow-up meetings with operations Managers Short/midterm capacity requirement review Labor load review Material availability review Responsible for administration of the expected inventory levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies at plant by division. Interacts with factory floor to ensure the production schedule is followed based on dates and priorities given Data analysis overviews Makes projections for KPIs, financial and operations indicators, as requested by top management Attends and participates in meetings related to functions and makes presentations as required for KPIs Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain preferred) or equivalent relevant experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in English Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with reporting tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Business Objects, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills Ability to handle fast-paced multiple demands and dynamic situations Experience with MRP Strong leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
