Develop and maintain highly effective stakeholder relationships. Negotiate commercial agreements, coordinate sourcing events and execute purchase order (PO) packages.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering/Supply Chain Management or related subject.1 to 3 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Management or related field.Proficient English verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).Experience using the Procurement functions in SAP, Oracle and/or equivalent systems.Good communication skills and basic math skills in order to effectively interact with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers.Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.DesirableExperience purchasing or managing MRO commodities in a manufacturing / operations organization.ResponsibilitiesPerform Procurement duties including sourcing, contracting, PO, and supplier management.Procure materials and services required for plant operations, consistent with considerations of EHS, quality, reliability, and urgency of need.Expedite documentation and deliveries of orders to maintain on-time delivery requirements.Effectively use SAP/Oracle to create and maintain purchase orders in a timely manner.Effectively interact / communicate with manufacturing, engineering, project management, and suppliers regarding order status.Build, develop, and manage professional relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders yielding effective partnerships.What We Offer:A dynamic, global environment where you’ll have the opportunity to shape organizational strategy
