We also develops, designs and manufactures computer peripherals and components.GENERAL DESCRIPTION:Line Supervisor is mainly responsible for controlling and coordinating online resources to achieve various production KPI targets and tasks assigned by Section manager.BASIC DUTIES: Daily staff morning meeting, publicize precautions and problem points, etc.Confirm the attendance status of personnel every day, coordinate personnel within the group, and confirm the status of manpower organizationConfirm the production scheduling status with PC every dayConfirm the abnormal situation with the PC every day, and the production capacity is up to standardInternal review meetings on production capacity, WPS, non-performing, etc.Confirm the 5S status of the production lineConfirm hourly production capacity & quality achievement statusFollow the line to confirm the production-related problems and abnormal handlingConfirm with PC that the shipment will be delivered in timeConfirmation of unfinished work orders, timely warehousing and closing of casesweekly weekly report finishingAssign people to specific tasks.Undertake and execute special tasks assigned by the supervisorEDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:Undertake and execute special tasks assigned by the supervisor.Familiar with office software. Daily confirmation of production management schedules and reduction and improvement of defective production lines.Maintain production line safety operation discipline and 5S environmental management.College degree or above.ESD knowledge, 5S education, IATF 16949 , VDA6.5, VDA 6.3, five major tools PPAP, SPC, APQP, MSA, FMEA.Engaged in electronic product manufacturing and production management for more than 3 years experience. OTHERS IMPORTANTS FACTORS: Communication skills, Organization and Problem solving.
