Sr. Specialist, Human ResourcesLOCATION: Guadalajara SSCREPORTS TO: Human Resources Business Partner The Sr. Specialist, Human Resources, plays a critical role in managing various human resources functions and processes to support the organization employees’ community. This role requires a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail. The Sr. Specialist, HR, ensures that the workforce is effectively managed, engaged, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include demonstrating leadership, fostering cross-functional teamwork, and spearheading innovative HR initiatives. Additionally, the position demands an exceptional ability to adapt to change and maintain high standards of performance quickly.Core Responsibilities:Create effective communication within the site, disseminating important information and updates to employees. This could include, but not limited to, announcements, meetings, initiatives, policy changes, and other relevant matters.Support the HR Business Partner in various HR functions, including but not limited to performance management, employee development, and talent management.Assist in the creation of communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations (NOM-035, 037)Manage HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and with confidentiality.Streamline HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and a culture of mutual respect.Delivers and facilitates onboarding and offboarding processes and responsibilities (contract, NDAs agreements, benefits, last payments, etc.)Responsible for managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, including conflicts, supporting performance improvement plan development and delivery as required, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations as necessary.Analyzing KPIs in support of HR and site metrics, identifying trends and supporting actions for improvement and engagement Coach leaders to build leadership capabilities in themselves and their teams.Qualified candidates will have:Proficiency in English language, able to interact at a professional level.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of proven experience working in an HR equivalent rolePrior HR experience, including knowledge of performance management, employee development, employee communications, and HR fundamentals, as well as demonstrated knowledge of human resource management principles and practices, and federal employment law.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, adapt to changes, provide solutions to unexpected circumstances, and meet deadlines.Demonstrate strong HR analytics with initiative for improvementProficiency in handling employee relations matters with a focus on conflict resolution. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
