Responsibilities Supervision and management of the supplier database Manage the PPAPs of the components Communication with customers and suppliers Development and follow-up of supplier performance programs Participation in continuous improvement programs for quality and productivity Coordination of problem-solving related to components Participation in the development of component quality planning Timely follow-up on non-quality costs related to suppliers Ensure the implementation of lessons learned and read-across with suppliers Active participation in achieving all KPI targets Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar 5 years work experience in same position in automotive Industry SPC, DOE, FMEA, PPAP Expertise Proficient on both written and conversational English Highly experienced in 5 Whys, 8Ds, IATF 16949 Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and work as part of a team What We Offer Benefits above the law Major Medical Expenses Insurance Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Quality Assurance Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
