What You'll Do:Manage the global recruitment process for salaried and production roles, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and other tactical activities.Centralized point of contact for facilitating the background and reference checks on employment candidates with HireRight.Coordinate interviews and schedule candidate interviews. Manage pre-employment drug testing programs.Manage flagged background checks, determine disqualifiers, and consult HR Representatives on adverse actions on a case-by-case basis.Accountable for managing and tracking i-9 verification process to ensure Hiring Managers complete their part of the process.Oversee the HireRight integration and background check completion process for hourly and salaried hires.Verify and update candidate and new hire data (e.g. Employee ID) during onboarding, ensuring timely provisioning notifications to IT and other teams.Facilitate new hire data transfer to Pro, managing contingent worker transitions and rehire scenarios.Own UKG onboarding tasks, including moving new hire through the onboarding process and liaising with HR Operations.Manage and monitor onboarding dashboards, including tracking the completion of onboarding tasks.Own the Process Hires queue at the end of the Recruiting process to ensure new hire information is accurate and complete prior to submission into Core HR. Ensure information flows from Onboarding correctly, including adding cost centers, pay groups, earning and deduction groups, etc. What We Look For:Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Knowledge of pre-employment procedures and onboarding workflows.Ability to collaborate across departments and manage high volumes of data.Human Resources Experience in busy Production environment.Preferred:Bachelor’s DegreeExperience with HireRight integration or similar platforms.Familiarity with onboarding systems and employee record management, UKG Pro Experience a plus.Background in HR or Talent Acquisition processes.Work Environment: This role operates in a collaborative office environment, working closely with HR representatives, IT teams, and other internal stakeholders.
