STEP Program Coordinator (Marketing Specialist)Location: Mexico CityEmployment type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Maintain open and effective communication with distributors and STEP partners.Coordinate meetings and calls with the sales team to introduce the program to potential partners and reinforce its benefits.Serve as the main representative of the STEP program, communicating updates, improvements, and tool launches to internal and external stakeholders.Uphold Hanwha’s values and promote loyalty and transparency within the partner ecosystem.Collaborate with the STEP team to propose initiatives for partner recruitment, reactivation, and retention across program levels.Review and process new partner applications, ensuring alignment with STEP partner guidelines.Analyze POS reports to conduct monthly audits and develop action plans with key accounts.Recommend STEP partner levels based on performance metrics and update them each semester.Update the CRM with partner status changes and track project progress.Support the sales, marketing, distribution, and training teams in strengthening our ecosystem.Provide feedback for the development of CRM and partner tools, and participate in brainstorming sessions.Act as a CRM ambassador within the local team.Ensure implementation of STEP Program guidelines and standards.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Fluent in English and Spanish.Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or within a structured partner program is a plus.Advanced Excel skills.What We Offer:A dynamic, multicultural work environmentCareer growth opportunities within a global organizationCompetitive compensation and benefitsIf you’re ready to make an impact and grow your career at Hanwha Vision, apply now!
