Responsibilities:1 Corporate Culture Development:Design and implement initiatives to strengthen and promote the company’s mission, vision, and core values.Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate cultural priorities into policies, training programs, and employee engagement anize cultural events, workshops, and recognition programs to enhance workplace inclusivity, collaboration, and morale.2. Union Relations & Labor Compliance:Serve as the primary point of contact for union representatives.Advise management on labor relations strategies, union-related risks, and compliance with federal/state labor laws.Mediate disputes between employees, unions, and leadership to achieve fair and timely resolutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology.2+ years of experience in employee relations, union negotiations, or labor law compliance.Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to balance empathy with business objectives in sensitive situations.Strong cultural awareness and experience working in diverse, unionized environments.
