Responsibilities Supervision and management of the supplier database Manage the PPAPs of the components Communication with customers and suppliers Development and follow-up of supplier performance programs Conduct supplier audits Participation in continuous improvement programs for quality and productivity Coordination of problem-solving related to components Participation in the development of component quality planning Timely follow-up on non-quality costs related to suppliers Ensure the implementation of lessons learned and read-across with suppliers Active participation in achieving all KPI targets Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar 5 years of work experience in the same position in the automotive industry Experience in personnel management SPC, DOE, FMEA, PPAP expertise Proficient in both written and conversational English Highly experienced in 5 Whys, 8Ds, IATF 16949 Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and work as part of a team Strong negotiation skills What We Offer Benefits above the law Major Medical Expenses Insurance Global growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
