They are looking for an experienced SAP Change Manager to help lead the change journey, ensuring end-user adoption and business continuity across the programme. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a robust change management strategy to guide the transition from JD Edwards to SAP Engage with key stakeholders to drive change readiness, buy-in, and adoption across business units Deliver clear, bilingual (Spanish and English) communication materials and change messaging Coordinate training delivery, coaching, and end-user support activities throughout the project lifecycle Conduct change impact assessments and design mitigation plans to close any readiness gaps Key Skills Required ✅ Proven experience leading change management in SAP ERP programmes ✅ Strong understanding of change methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination ✅ Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) ✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation ✅ Familiarity with JD Edwards and SAP platforms highly beneficial This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-impact transformation and influence how teams adapt to a new digital core.
