We offer our consultants the unique opportunity to support diverse clients, from Fortune 500 companies to innovative start-ups, all while enjoying the benefits of a close-knit, agile team.As a Workday Reporting Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:Provide expert post-production support for existing Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutionsOptimize and enhance existing reports to improve performance and user experiencePartner with clients to analyze evolving business needs and provide solutions for complex reporting challengesTroubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in production environmentsLead report maintenance initiatives and coordinate periodic updates across client environmentsMentor clients on report maintenance best practices and knowledge transferDrive continuous improvement of reporting solutions through regular audits and optimization recommendationsSupport clients during critical periods such as year-end reporting and compliance updatesStay current with Workday's latest reporting features and functionalityMaintain your Workday reporting certificationsApply and enhance Workday and CrossVue methodologies for post-production supportWe're looking for someone with:Mandatory: Proven experience supporting and optimizing Workday Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, BIRT and Composite Reports in production environments4+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at a leading consulting firm, big four accounting firm, or equivalent experienceStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex reporting issuesExperience maintaining and enhancing existing reports to meet evolving business requirementsDeep knowledge of Workday configuration across multiple production modules including, but not limited to FDM, security, business processes, and system administrationProven ability to work within a team-oriented environment, but also a self-starter who can take on new challenges and work independentlyDemonstrated success in managing multiple client support engagements simultaneouslyPassion for exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationshipsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Systems, Accounting and Finance, or a related field desiredExperience leading post-production reporting support for Workday HCM and/or Financials preferredCurrent Workday Reporting certification preferred
