Job Summary Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus . Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager, the Material Planning Analyst role involves maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data, and information to other production departments, coordinating contracts, maintaining Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and creating and maintaining outsourced parts schedules. What a typical day looks like: Demand management. Review and acceptance of demand with the client. Generation of Short Reports. Release of actions to Purchasing (New POs, Expedite - Push - Cancel). Follow-up on critical shorts with the purchasing team. Management and mitigation of Excess and Obsolete items. Generation and sending of Claim and E&O to the Client. 12-month Inventory projection. Generation of Work Orders for the consumption of Raw Material. Attend CFT Meetings (Review of daily outputs and critical activities). The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Conversational English. Advanced Excel skills. Junior experience in a similar role.
