Job Description

What You'll Do:Workforce Administration:Administer and optimize HR systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.Position requires a detailed understanding of the workforce breakdown and employee information, including job profiles, pay groups, shifts, salary ranges, salary grades, enterprise job catalogue, geographic differentials, compensation guidelines, etc.Understand business hierarchy and component companies within Air Distribution Inc. Manage new hire setup for salaried and production employees, validating demographic and hire date information from onboarding.Data Validation requires confirming organization, job profile, pay group, pay rate, start date, supervisor, cost center, account code, location code, tax withholdings, and understanding of conditional location and union code combinations. Coordinate rehire processes for production and salaried employees, ensuring proper validation of Employee ID and Social Security data and confirmation of rehire status, service credit eligibility, and seniority dates. Respond to employment verification or government-related requests, defining guidelines and completing the process efficiently through Equifax. Validate employee changes as the last level of approval of many HRIS transactions.Process job changes and reorganizations for staff across departments or business units within the same legal entity, reviewing and approving requests.Oversee production and salary employee personal data changes, ensuring proper workflow implementation, approval steps, and review (e.g., name, contact info, tax withholdings).Field and process new department (supervisory org) requests in UKG. Execute organization reassignment and legal entity changes for employees, including updates to cost centers, business orgs, and finance details.Support Total Rewards team in validating compensation adjustments related to incentive plans and eligibility. Review market/equity compensation changes and promotions for both production and salaried employees, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.Manage system changes related to Collective Bargaining Agreement updates in HRIS, including pay rates, pay scales, job profile creation or elimination, edits to scales, and accrual policies.Handle mass data entry tasks affecting multiple employees (5+), ensuring efficiency and accuracy.Understand conditional requirements for certain data changes.Own direct entry of adding new hires, bypassing recruiting and onboarding processes.Provide baseline support and resource direction for questions coming from local HR.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (including BI) for workforce analytics, turnover, new hire listings, headcount, DEI, terminations, Annual EEO reporting and other key HR metrics. Ensure HR operations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll to provide operational support.Support change management initiatives and training for HR systems and processes.Lead or support HR process improvement projects across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management.Human Capital Management Governance: Collaborate with HCM Operations team to oversee system governance, managing new options, adjustments to current data, and corrections based on valid requests.System Upgrades and Integration Testing:Facilitate system upgrades as they are available, implementing changes and ensuring functionality.Participate in testing support for system integrations in collaboration with IT Operations.What We Look For:Strong technical and analytical skills.Experience managing HCM systems and processes.Ability to navigate complex workflows and ensure data accuracy.Preferred:Familiarity with UKG system functionalities.Background in employee transactions, payroll, and workforce administration.Ability to collaborate across departments and execute mass data changes effectively.Work Environment: This role operates in an office setting, requiring close collaboration with IT Operations and HR teams.
