Position SummaryThe role is designed for a professional who excels in project and program management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an independent problem solver. In this fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, the coordinator will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of our global development programs.The selected individual will work closely with the U.S.-based Global Leadership Development (GLD) team to establish consistent and efficient processes, ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs, workshops, and initiatives while contributing to the overall success of the team. As part of the GLD team, this role will involve collaboration with a diverse range of teammates, leaders, and key stakeholders across the company.Core ResponsibilitiesWorks with the GLD team to deliver on key pieces of the global development strategySchedules and coordinates internal GLD workshops, programs, and virtual instructor-led trainings for teammates and leaders globally, ensuring alignment with departmental and local/regional needsProvides logistical support for the overall delivery of global development programs, workshops, and other learning events; Including but not limited to: scheduling, calendar/Teams meeting invites, facilitators, email communications, participant nomination tracking, pre-work assignment & completion tracking, course materials, surveys, and maintenance of completion recordsSupports the GLD team by coordinating meetings, creating and maintaining a Global Teammate & Leadership Development annual calendar, organizing content developed across the team for easy access, monitoring department inboxes, and fielding incoming requests for supportUtilizes learning technology (such as Cornerstone LMS and Udemy) to track enrollments/completions/surveys/etc.Assists in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of all development programs, workshops, and initiatives through feedback and assessment tools (experience in utilizing platforms like Perceptyx, Microsoft Forms, and/or other survey tools preferred)Creates and manages the Global Teammate & Leadership Development analytics dashboard to effectively measure, track, analyze, and report the impact of development programs, workshops, and development initiativesDeploys, monitors, and follows up with participants on the completion of all development analysis assessments used in global development programs, workshops, and initiatives (StrengthsFinder, IDEAL Leader 360, Birkman Assessments, etc.)Facilitates communication between multiple levels of the organization to remove roadblocks and ensure the successful completion of development programs, workshops, and other development-related actions needed within a teammate or leader's developmental experienceAct as a communication point of contact for participants, direct upline leaders, and GLD teamManages GLD program and workshop-related invoices/budget to ensure accurate cost, coding, chargeback, and processingActs as a point of contact for all GLD reporting needs – Workday, Cornerstone LMS, Udemy, etc. to monitor completions, create communication mailing lists, identify accurate audiences for programs, workshops, and events, etc.Other duties and responsibilities as assignedCapabilities & Experience Needed2+ years’ experience as a Training Coordinator, Learning Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar roleHigh school degree, associate's degree, or higher preferred (May consider equivalent work experience)2+ years’ experience in project/program management or have strong planning skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and is detail-oriented2+ years’ experience in working with HR data analytics and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, , Smartsheet, etc. to aggregate multiple data points from various sources and integrate them into a visually engaging dashboard—allowing for easy management/reporting of trends, processes, delivery and ROI of all global development initiatives (KPIs, OKRs, benchmarking and survey results, assessment results, costs, etc.) ultimately aiming for a best-in-class teammate development experienceMust be able to perform work and thrive under minimal supervision and demonstrate the ability to handle issues and problems, knowing when and where to escalate complex issuesPossess the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environmentMust have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and individuallyMust have strong internal and external customer service skills, and have worked with teammates of all levels within a global organizationProficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Forms, Publisher, SharePoint, etc.)Experience with learning and development tools such as Cornerstone LMS, Canva, Mentimeter, Kahoot, Udemy, Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.Experience with or similar project management toolsPossess the ability and desire to stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques; has a passion for continuous learning and professional developmentATD, SHRM, or other industry experience/certifications a plusAdditional InformationMust be able to read, write, and speak English fluentlyThis is a hybrid position located within Monterrey, Mexico; Some flexibility in start and end times may be necessary to support global projects, programs, and initiatives
