What You'll Do:Serve as the subject matter expert for the UKG WFM platform, including oversight of Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attendance, and Accruals.Manage system configurations, business rules, pay policies, and integrations to support operational needs.Field and process system-wide changes and requests (e.g. new schedules, changes to accruals, CBAs).Understand available pay codes based on OT eligibility, plant, security profile, location, etc. Understand overtime requirements by CBA.Address general payroll-related questions, providing accurate and timely support to HR teams.Conduct final reviews of employee timesheets for payroll purposes, ensuring accurate submission and HRR sign-off prior to processing.Provide WFM Reporting and Dataviews expertise, running ad hoc reports (e.g. overtime reports, underutilization reports, disciplinary action reports) for audit purposes to be reviewed before pay day.Monitor daily time data and address exceptions, errors, and data discrepancies to ensure payroll accuracy. Collaborate with supervisors and HRBPs for escalated corrections.Manage WFM security roles, ensuring Managers and Supervisors have correct permissions.Point of escalation for timeclock issues / malfunctions at the plants.Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT teams to support weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles. Administer PTO accruals for union employees following eligibility requirements, ensuring compliance with vacation policies for exempt and non-exempt employees.Manage one-off WFM exceptions and / or grandfathered plans.Oversee timekeeping records for hourly production employees on FMLA leave, ensuring appropriate status updates in WFM and other systems.Maintain, enhance, and implement program-wide changes to schedules, where needed.Understand state mandated timekeeping policies (e.g. Attestation, vacation rollovers, real-time punches, etc.) and ensure compliant UKG setup. Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and WFM training materials for system users. Train and coach supervisors, trainers, and employees on WFM/timekeeping policies and best practices.Monitor attendance point systems, including tracking point allocations and generating reports to support disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy.Liaise with UKG technical support and vendors to resolve complex issues and escalate system bugs.Drive system adoption and ensure consistent enforcement and accountability at the site level.What We Look For:Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Experience with timekeeping records management and payroll systems.Ability to handle high-volume data with accuracy.Preferred:Familiarity with UKG Workforce Management and Kronos systems.Background in payroll administration or workforce management.High level knowledge of FMLA and leave management workflows.Skilled at coaching others on system functionality and best practices.Work Environment: This role operates in a fast-paced office setting with collaboration across HR teams and supervisors.
