Medit is a global leader in digital dental technology, known for its innovative intraoral scanners and open-platform solutions that connect clinics and labs worldwide. As we expand across Latin America, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead growth efforts in Mexico and the North region.This role will own strategic execution in the region, working closely with distribution partners, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and our clinical education team to drive adoption, build brand equity, and deliver revenue growth.What You’ll DoDrive Market ExpansionLead the execution of regional sales strategies to increase Medit's footprint across Mexico and the North LATAM Region.Identify new business opportunities and develop scalable go-to-market plans tailored to the needs of the region.Collaborate with Medit's LATAM leadership to align local strategies with global growth goals.Partner & Channel ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, resellers, and dental professionals.Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partner sales teams to ensure Medit products are represented effectively.Serve as the regional link between sales, clinical education, and marketing to enhance channel performance.Sales Performance & Market IntelligenceTrack KPIs and sales performance to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize execution.Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer needs to keep Medit one step ahead.Improve forecasting accuracy and support demand planning by providing timely and data-driven market feedback.What You’ll BringRequired5+ years of sales experience in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry, with a strong record of driving growth.Expertise in digital dentistry, intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM workflows, or comparable technology-based solutions.Experience managing distribution channels and KOL relationships to drive market expansion.Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Willingness to travel frequently throughout Mexico and the broader North LATAM region.PreferredMBA or master’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.Deep understanding of regional regulatory requirements for medical devices.CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP Sales Cloud, etc.) and comfort using data to drive decisions.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience working within fast-paced, cross-functional teams in multinational settings.Why Medit?Be part of a global leader disrupting the digital dentistry landscape.Collaborate with top-tier professionals and innovative partners across the world.Take ownership of a key growth region with direct impact on our international success.Join a mission-driven, agile team building the future of dental care.
