You will be responsible for the product management and achievement of the product lines’ objectives in Mexico Join a high-energy team who will support you to flourish and succeed! The position will be located in Mexico City. What you will be doingOverseeing a product management team to achieve product line(s) objectives, developing business plans, pricing plans, and product roadmaps for product line(s), ensuring that products are successfully launched, participating in the identification of market opportunities and development of products and business models to capitalize on them, and serving as the internal/external spokesperson for the product line(s) Main ResponsibilitiesPlanning and business developmentSupport commercial management in determining the actions to be implemented in all channelsCommunicate product and price with sales groups to achieve sales objectives based on market demands.Manage and provide market information on time for the preparation/review of sales projections (market size, share by brand, estimates)Ensure compliance with the regional strategy (by product line) in Mexico. Contribute to marketing actions for product promotionsAnalyze market data to determine opportunities and risksTrack the objectives, identify significant deviations and the causes that generate them, apply corrective measures, and report to managementSupervise the points of sale and maintain good exposure to productsAnalyze the causes of stock cuts and their impactsMake presentations of proposals (new constitution products, promotion plans, etc.) pointing out the benefits for the clientConsider the objections of customers, identify their true magnitudes, and contrast valid argumentsControl that the suggested prices are respected, stay informed of the situation at the points of sale, and interact with the Marketing Department to generate new actions, according to the needsDevelop product lines to their full potential, considering the characteristics of each clientApply techniques and positioning strategies for exhibition productsAnalyze the results of the promotions and spaces of contracting to the exhibitionRequirements:10+ years of product management experienceBilingual in Spanish and EnglishCompletion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.)Advanced Excel knowledgeSales forecast management experienceKnowledge of Power BI, SAP, and Salesforce
