We are looking for an experienced, well connected and organized Senior Recruiter.Experience: 8+ years of HR End to end BPO or Call centre recruitment Responsibilities:· Attracting candidates through various channels like Databases, Vendors, Social media, Employee Referral, Job portals, Ad postings etc.· Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting Tech groups in internet, Placement Department in Colleges, Training Institutions etc.,· Create & maintain a pipeline of Candidates for the open positions.· Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers· Reviewing resumes and screening candidates · Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.· Hands on experience with various selection processes (Virtual / Direct / Telephonic )· Work as a SPOC between client, stake holders etc., for all hiring needs · Maintain & update reports on a regular basis.· Adherence to TAT / SLA with client for hiring.· Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.· Must have managed hiring for Ramps, Batch wise hiring’s.· Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Experience:8+ yrs of experience in End to end recruitment and recruitment Management experienceEnd to end BPO or call centre recruitment experience Mandatory skills:· PC/Technology skills – basic proficiency in word processing, Internet and excel sheets.· Have experience in full-cycle recruitment Soft skills:· Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to understand people, conduct different types of interviews and evaluate candidates' personality traits and basic technical skills· Passion to create an amazing candidate experience· Team spirit with a sense of ownership and "get things done" attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
