Join us on this shared journey toward a brighter tomorrow.Major Job Responsibilities:Ensure all direct tax filings and payments in MEXICO are filed accurately and timely.Strong working knowledge in tax matters related to the Maquiladora and other regimes.Ensure all required quarterly and year-end US GAAP income tax provision requirements are met on a timely and accurate basis in compliance with ASC 740.Coordinate with the Corporate Tax Team on any local regulation updates to discuss strategies that can bring benefit to the Company.Coordinate activities with Finance, other functional areas and Consultants to address any tax authority requirements.Responsible for the continuous improvement of tax related processes and policies, with a focus on automation and increased efficiencies.Support internal and external audit processes (both from a consolidated and statutory reporting perspective).Support workstreams related to indirect taxes wherever possible and helping to coordinate external resources in this regard.Coordinate projects with third party: Transfer pricing studies, IC master data, Dividends, other corporate requirements.Major Job Qualifications/Specific Skills:Required:Advance management of MS office, ERPFluent EnglishStrong knowledge of tax rules of key jurisdictions within MEXICO required.Must have strong project management and professional interpersonal and communication skills.Must be a team player, with strong ethics and values and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality.Must have strong analytical skills, an ability to exercise judgment.Must be a self-starter and proactive learner that can keep up with tax law changesWorking knowledge of transfer pricingPreferred:Minimum of 5+ years of tax experience at a Big Four Public Accounting Firm and/or within an industry role.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPAWhat we offerWe provide compensation and benefits programs intended to attract, motivate, reward, and retain an incredibly talented, globally diverse workforce at all levels within our organization.
