Create and standardize operating procedures, training systems, and quality control measures across all culinary operations. Collaborate with F&B leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience from kitchen to table. Manage kitchen operations with strong attention to food cost control, inventory, and sustainability practices. Represent the culinary identity of the property, including participation in high-profile events, press opportunities, and industry collaborations. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health standards. Continuously innovate through research, experimentation, and the integration of international culinary techniques.Qualifications:5+ years of senior culinary leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining environments. Minimum 4 years of international experience across multicultural kitchens and culinary traditions. Proven track record in building and leading strong, motivated teams in high-pressure environments. Deep expertise in culinary operations, menu engineering, and fine dining execution. A natural innovator and visionary, passionate about creating culinary art that inspires and elevates the guest experience. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage large kitchen brigades and multi-outlet operations. Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Mandatory.
