We are looking for an experienced and detail-orientedPayroll Coordinatorto join our growing team. This role is responsible for managingweekly payroll processing for 5 different sites , supporting over400 employees . The ideal candidate will ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities Process weekly payroll for 400+ employees across multiple sites. Review, audit, and reconcile timekeeping records and ensure accurate hours, bonuses, and deductions are applied. Coordinate with HR and department managers to process new hires, terminations, and payroll changes. Maintain confidential payroll files and employee records. Respond to employee questions and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and tax regulations. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management. Support audits and financial reporting as needed.Qualifications 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-site environment. Proficient in excel. Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and reporting requirements. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or a related field preferred.
