Company DescriptionSlideHub is a fast-growing (SaaS) Software-as-a-Service scale-up founded in 2016 by a team of Danish professionals. We are looking to expand our exciting presence in Mexico City. SlideHub provides clients with an Asset Management Platform that enables consultants and business professionals to create proposals and other sales material faster.Job DescriptionThe role of the Customer Success manager is focused on 3 areas:Onboarding: Onboard new customers and work with sales to close the pilots where you will act as a subject matter expertAccount management: where you will get your portfolio of customers to develop and maintainFirst-line support: Provide product feedback from our customers to the product team and help asYou spend time on the following activities:Lead onboarding sessions where you customize the Asset Platform to meet the needs of your client and solve their painsEnd-user session where you show how to use the toolMake sure the clients get fully ramped and engage the right stakeholders and help sell the Asset Platform internallyHost quarterly account status calls with clients to help prevent churnProvide client input and feature requests to the product teamAll efforts are done inbound (via the phone, emails, or video conference) and not in the fieldQualificationsThe following are hard requirements for the right candidate:Has a problem-solving mindsetLikes to talk to clients and listens proactively to understand the client's pains and points of viewFluent in English (business)Is proactiveHave a basic business understandingSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentPrevious experience in sales, customer support, and communication is an advantage but not a requirementThe following are a big plus:Any experience from similar roles within SaaS CSExperience in HubSpot or similar CRM systemsGood grades in schoolAdditional informationIn addition to a competitive salary, the right candidate will:Be part of a growing Customer Success teamPlay a key role in the growth of our business in North America Opportunity to rapidly grow to more senior roles within Customer SuccessBe a part of an ambitious international company (we have more than 10 nationalities across 45 peopleThe job will be partly hybrid.
