Dreame products are sold in over 120 countries, empowering users to live their dream lives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role as a Retail Manager in Mexico, and reports to Head of Latin Market at Dreame Technology. The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail stores and/or other point of sales to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency. This role involves coordinating inventory management, implementing trade marketing strategies, managing a team of promoters, and providing excellent customer service to drive store performance and enhance customer experience.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred but not required).Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the Smart Home Appliance and/or Consumer Electronics industries.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations effectively.Familiarity with buyers from different retailers.Experience in staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound business decisions.Retail sales and marketing skills, with an understanding of customer behavior and market trends.Proficiency in managing point-of-sale (POS) data with system software and/or self-made tools.Basic financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Adaptability and flexibility. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements.Fluency in both English and Spanish languages (both written and spoken).Personal AttributesPassion for retail and a customer-centric mindset.Results-oriented and driven.
