We seek an experienced and strategic Global Project Manager to lead the global implementation of a Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) / Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform across all manufacturing sites worldwide. This role will drive the global system selection, standardize core manufacturing processes, collaborate with the selected technology partner, and oversee the phased deployment of the solution across all sites.Key Responsibilities:Global Program LeadershipLead the end-to-end MOM/MES transformation initiative from strategy through execution.Develop and manage the global project plan, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and effective resource utilization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership.Solution Selection & Technical OversightDrive the selection process for a global MOM/MES solution through RFI/RFP evaluation, vendor assessment, and technical due diligence.Ensure selected solutions align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and scalability requirements.Define and validate technical specifications and integration with ERP, PLM, and other systems.Process StandardizationLead global workshops to define and align manufacturing processes, KPIs, and reporting structures.Document and drive adoption of standard operating models and best practices across sites.Vendor and Partner CollaborationServe as the primary point of contact with the selected solution provider(s).Manage scope, deliverables, performance, and alignment to contractual commitments.Deployment & Change ManagementLead phased global rollouts, ensuring each site is effectively onboarded and supported.Develop and execute change management and training strategies to ensure user adoption.Coordinate with local plant teams to align deployment with operational readiness and minimize disruption.Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report on program performance, including KPIs, cost, and value delivery.Identify lessons learned, drive continuous improvement, and refine deployment models as needed.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.8+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, with direct experience in MOM/MES implementations.Familiarity with leading MOM/MES platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, AVEVA, GE, etc.).Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production systems, and IT/OT convergence.Preferred:PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.Experience in multi-site or global manufacturing programs.Knowledge of ISA-95 and digital manufacturing standards.
