Job Title

Design and execute maintenance plans focused on optimizing the preventive and corrective model, establishing efficient operational methodologies to ensure operational continuity, as well as ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities, maximizing their lifespan, and minimizing operational risks.Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience.· Analyze and implement strategies to ensure compliance with key department indicators, optimizing performance and ensuring efficient, high-level service for the internal customer.· Work closely with the Process Engineer on continuous improvement projects, ensuring the optimal operation of production equipment and tools to maximize efficiency and performance.· Lead the maintenance and preservation of machinery, ensuring its proper functioning, optimizing resource management, and ensuring operational continuity.· Lead and oversee the design, development, and adaptation of parts and tools to optimize operational efficiency and production line performance, ensuring continuous improvement in processes.· Coordinate project management with contractors and service providers, ensuring accurate quotations and execution of maintenance work to guarantee operational efficiency.· Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring accurate recording of activities and efficient communication regarding the status, progress, and operational needs, guaranteeing the continuity and efficiency of equipment and facilities.· Direct, assign, and supervise the maintenance team's activities, ensuring efficient execution, adherence to operational standards, and resource optimization to ensure the continuity and safety of operations.· Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance actions on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure safety and prevent accidents. Oversee the inventory of equipment, managing orders as necessary to ensure continuous operability.· Work closely with the global engineering team in the development and implementation of improvement projects for production equipment, optimizing performance, efficiency, and alignment with operational standards.· Collaborate strategically with leaders from other departments to design, plan, and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, ensuring operational efficiency and resource optimization across the organization.· Supervise and coordinate the maintenance personnel in the execution of corrective maintenance, ensuring an efficient response, quick resolution of issues, and the operational continuity of equipment and facilities.· Maintain document control of maintenance processes, with records and evidence, either manually or within the company's ERP system when available, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001.· Ensure proper stock of spare parts for machine maintenance and develop suppliers who provide the necessary technical services to maintain operations according to the expected parameters.Requitements:· Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial.· Demonstrate Proven experience of 5 to 7 years.· Apply Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance.· Handle PLC, SolidWorks, Hydraulics, Autocad, Pneumatics, Mechanics.· Implement Lean Manufacturing and TPM, Failure Analysis and Problem Solving (FMEA, RCA)· Ensure Quality Criteria.· Comply with ISO 9001, Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, and Electronics· Utilize Proficiency in SAP System· Strong communication in English
