As the Tender Manager North LAM, you will be playing a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and competitiveness by being responsible for defining, aligning, and implementing winning strategies to secure new business for Alstom’s LAM operations.You will be involved with multiple stakeholders, including sales, pricing, operations, and finance teams, to deliver accurate and compelling proposals that align with company objectives, customer requirements, and market dynamics. ResponsibilitiesOpportunity Identification: Identifying potential tendering opportunities and assessing their viability. Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., engineering, estimating, legal) to ensure a cohesive and compliant bid. Risk Assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the bid. Compliance: Ensuring bids are compliant with all relevant regulations and requirements. Post-Submission: Following up on bids and managing the handover to the project team if successful. QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field (Finance/Accounting/Engineering/Transportation)10 to 15 years of experience in Project Management with proven experience in Tenders.Strong experience in risk assessment and negotiationFluent in English
