This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Manufacturing - Operations group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Plan and coordinate activities of a large team across multiple departments to comply with production and costs programs; Ensure all operating procedures and policies are executed properly, and (ii) Maintain an efficient operation; ensure alignment with the business operations or operational priorities (safety, quality, customer service, people, and cost).
