Gerente de Planta | Silao, Mexico La oportunidad:Nuestro cliente, proveedor líder de primer nivel con más de 75 ubicaciones globales, ofrece productos de transmisión y conformado de metales de última generación. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en la gestión de instalaciones y equipos de producción de transmisión. Deberá ser capaz de analizar cada paso del proceso de fabricación y utilizar eficazmente los recursos para obtener los resultados deseados. También deberá contar con una sólida experiencia en gestión de procesos y capacidad de adaptación rápida a los desafíos.Responsabilidades:Supervisar las operaciones de la planta, como el presupuesto, el cronograma de producción y el inventario.Analizar los costos de producción y el inventario para identificar áreas de mejora.Examinar los procesos y diseñar planes para utilizar eficazmente los recursos disponibles.Gestionar todas las estrategias organizativas de la planta estableciendo objetivos funcionales alineados con las metas de la planta.Garantizar la velocidad y eficiencia adecuadas de producción en todos los productos.Requisitos:Licenciatura en Ingeniería o campo relevante.Más de 5 años de experiencia en el campo, idealmente en conformado de metales y/o transmisión.Experiencia en gestión de planta y operaciones de fabricación.Sólidas habilidades de comunicación, gestión y supervisión.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The Opportunity:Our client, a leading tier 1 suppliler with over 75 global locations brining next generation driveline and metal forming products. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a driveline production facility and team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes.
