Main expectations:· Represent Sourcing function within his/her scope and towards management and stakeholders.· Accountable for sourcing results on his/her scope· Participates to the definition of Sourcing strategy and targets for his/her scope, considering existing and forthcoming needs.· Promote Sourcing action plans within his/her scope to optimize cost, quality and on time delivery performance, and partners with Operational Buyers and estimators to align and secure proper execution.· Lead and participate to supplier negotiations (either directly or in support to his/her team members).· Enhance supplier contract management coverage by promoting Purchasing Agreement / partnership with strategic suppliers whenever relevant to secure ECM Purchase conditions.· Sourcing localization: Supplier prospection, selection and qualification to support transfer projects or cost reduction opportunities, considering currency fluctuation risk mitigation, optimized logistic flows and to contribute to overall TCO improvement and lead time reduction.· Drives Supplier Panel Consolidation, landscape analysis exit path, and partnership status· Reporting: Close monitoring of Sourcing activity through frequent data analysis. Reporting of monthly results such as savings, Defect PPM, Supplier OTD, action plan progress/issues, and Sourcing projects key highlights.· Partners with Quality and Purchasing to drive and orientate supplier performance improvement through QBR and relevant development action and audit plans aiming at excellence.· Focal point of escalation for Supply / Supplier related constraints.EXPERIENCE:First significant experience in Sourcing function in an international industrial environment (5-10 years)· Familiar with overall "Procure to Pay" process and interfaces with other services/functions such as operational purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost controlling.· Tactical / Operational Purchasing experience· Sourcing Tools and Processes· Experience participating in Negotiations with Suppliers and Customers· Knowledge of standard contracts: NDA, Ethics Charter, QCD, VMI, Purchase Frame Agreement, Tool Loan Agreement· Experience driving QBR's and Participating to Supplier Audits· Category Management & Cost Reduction Programs· Supplier relationship managementSKILLS:• Leadership, ability to drive action plans with cross-functional- Salary $35,000 to $45,000ACADEMIC: Engineering / Business related degree or equivalentLANGUAGES: Fully Bilingual, Spanish and English (Mandatory)
