YOUR ROLE Are you known for your logistics engineering expertise? Are you passionate about delivering creative and advanced business cases? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to provide professional logistics and transportation engineering pricing, collect and analyze data, recommend solutions and assist with developing reports, proposals and related information. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Develop pricing methodologies that ensure competitive and valuable prices for CL customers, mentor new hires and develop standards for the team to adopt and follow. -Ensure all pricing developed is profitable -Develop tools and resources for efficiency within the team -Create standards for more efficient pricing -Ensure all CEVA standards are maintained. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent education and experience; Understanding of applicable laws, rules and regulations related to area of assignment. Experience in Warehouse Design solutions is preferred. Credentials: Professional certification may be required in some areas. Skills: Minimum of 3 years of Cost or Pricing experience. Knowledge of basic financial pricing and/or cost accounting. Capable of developing analytics, reports and communications within engineering and operational design. Skills in designing new CL facilities and cost accounting. Awareness of common systems and databases for engineering management. Fluent in English and Spanish. Characteristics: Ability to communicate project management information. Ability to identify areas to drive efficiency and operational effectiveness. Familiar with methods of developing and analyzing cost and operational studies. Capable of identifying and communicating potential operational or analytical concerns. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
