The Project Lead/ Manager Embedded Development candidate must have: Bachelor/ Masters degree in Electronics/ Computer Engineering Experience range : 8-10/10+ years in Embedded Software development and embedded testing Hands on experience in Embedded software development - Embedded C, CAN, Matlab, C++ Working experience in Scrum Team following Agile software development methodology. Good programming skills in Emb C, Matlab - Simulink and Stateflow Knowledge of microprocessor / microcontrollers and circuits Understanding of RTOS concepts, CAN, J1939 Hands on experience in code review, analytical and debugging skills - should be able to review the code and guide the team Working experience in Automotive/ off highway vehicle domain Lead/Manage the team of ~ 40 engineers Train/Mentor the team, Own/mangage project deliverables. Support in talent hiring for his project team Coordinate internal and external resources. Good understanding of program / project management processes Manage project risks, issues and changes. Monitor and report on project progress and performance. Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.
