Job Responsibilities:1、 Make the flow chart of different products produced by PCBA, and control its standardization; 2、 Make DFM report, drive yield, improve and implement corrective action; 3、 Solve the production problems of SMT&DIP process materials and processes, and analyze the defects of incoming materials; 4、 Create job definition /PCBA production related work instruction, supervise the implementation of engineering change; 5、 Lead new product introduction, prepare SMT & DIP process control tools; 6、 Make DFM,DOE and PFMEA reports for new models; 7、 Assess customer returns, analyze root cause and solve production line process problems.
