Main Purpose:Responsible for managing the sales planning operations of the national sales operation performing the following tasks:Plan, execute, supervise, administrate, control, and evaluate company strategies in short, middle and long term for better decision making. Supervision of the team, serving as first report of Sales and Logistics.Position Tasks & Responsibilities:Align all Chirey Motor Mexico BUs operations strategies with HQCreate Business Intelligence data, analytics, reports to support Business decisionsTrack all Company projects, measure risks & create action plansCreate Business Cases to support Business DecisionsAlign company leaders to company goalsREPUVE follow up and continuous communication with the organization.Knowledge of:Project Management MethodologiesBusiness administration, accountant, marketing, economics and finance, actuary and others.Corporate policies, standards and guidelines.Strategic planningExperience / Education:College graduate or equivalent training in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or similar.More than 5 years on automotive sales in OEM management level.Literacy in computer and software (Excel, Power Point and Word).Power BI experience is a plus.Project Management Certification or related is a plus.
