Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross-functional efforts to enable forward-looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions. Job Summary The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis is the financial business partner for the operations team. This role is responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc requests. It also provides support for the business as necessary. Responsibilities Leads financial reporting for the US, Singapore, and Mexico, including reviewing management reports and corporate reporting to ensure data integrity and keep management informed. Models deal profitability for potential partnerships and contracts. Forecasts financial measures such as margin and profitability for the assigned business area. Provides operational forecast support for labor, warehouse efficiency, etc. Recommends strategies and inputs to strategic planning regarding financial aspects. Qualifications 8-12 years of experience, preferred. Experience in Maquiladora, preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, preferred. English-Spanish bilingual, with at least 70% proficiency. SAP knowledge, preferred. Knowledge of MXGAAP and USGAAP. Expectations at this level Manages department operations and supervises staff. Participates in policy development to achieve goals. Ensures team operates within guidelines. Decisions impact work processes, outcomes, and customers in the short term. Interacts with various management levels, including senior management. Resolves operational or project issues and gains consensus.
