The Senior Site Merchandiser – Dropship is responsible for executing merchandising and content readiness across all partner retailers. You’ll act as the operational lead in formatting, delivering, and updating line sheets, assets, and product data per partner specifications. This role ensures our products go live on time and reflect the brand across all retail dropship environments.ResponsibilitiesContent Distribution & ReadinessFormat and deliver line sheets and product templates (copy, pricing, images) to each retail partnerMaintain a database of retailer content requirements (file formats, naming, image specs, translations)Ensure every product has a launch-ready pack before delivery deadlinesRetailer CoordinationLiaise with the Sales and Account teams to align timelines, assortments, and updatesTrack go-live dates and confirm merchandising completion in each retailer portalProvide support and troubleshooting for content discrepancies.Process & QALead QA of all copy, pricing, and images before submissionFlag inconsistencies or late items to the Site Merchandising & Content ManagerDocument and improve the content submission process per retailer.Requirements3–5 years in eCommerce merchandising or wholesale operationsFamiliarity with dropship models and retailer product templatesAdvanced Excel skills and high attention to formatting/detailStrong organizational and follow-up skillsBilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese and other languages are a plus**Attach your CV in English**.
