We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with proven automotive industry experience, excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead multi-disciplinary team members, develop sales strategies, and se and meet ambitious growth targets.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned customer sales group team members and related KPIs to monitor performance.Prepare an execute sales strategy according to assigned customers.Manage CRM and PML systems and related reporting.Collaborate with the marketing department and upper management to ensure consistency in the delivery of sales pitches to clients.Attain growth and hit sales KPIs for the company every month.Develop and promote powerful and seminal relations with customers by partnering with them by understanding their wants and needs.Produce and execute strategic business plans that imbue the company's client base and ascertain tis strong presence.Identify key opportunity targets as well as shifts in the market while being fully up to date on emerging productos and the status of competitors.Present reports on sales, expenses, and revenue including forecasts to management.Accept feedback from clients and attempt to improve sales performance and procedures from that.Compose and manage budgets for sales officers in regard to travel and other presentation-related costs to clients.Assist sales employees in generating leads and closing new agreements on the ground.Create and implement new sales initiatives, methods, and programs in order to increase revenue.RequirementsBachelor's Degree (Engineering, International Business Preferred).6+ years of sales experienceTechnical Background or experience in similar roles.Automotive Industry Experience2+ years of a leadership role in sales.Background in developing sales pitches.Ownership f processes from beginning to end.Ability to travel and organize sales eventsStrong presentation skills.English and Spanish as fluent working languages, additional languages a plus.Cultural awareness with strong communication ability across geographies.Good ability to manage relationships.Possessing a valid U.S. visa is considered an asset for this role.We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Law benefitsOpportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and expanding company.Working hours:Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.Short Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
