We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Sales Representative to join our fully remote sales team!! The ideal candidate will have strong communication and goal-oriented.skills, a results-driven mindset, and proven experience in lead follow-up and closing sales. This role plays a key part in ensuring immediate response to leads and a structured follow-up process to maximize results, responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building client relationships, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Immediate Lead Response: Contact all incoming leads within 5 minutes of receipt.Structured Follow-Up: Perform a minimum of 5 follow-up touches per lead (calls, messages, emails, etc.) to optimize conversion.Sales Closing: Close deals or successfully schedule appointments with decision-makers.CRM Management: Update all lead activity and notes in the CRM system daily.Daily Reporting: Submit a daily report to the Team Lead, including key metrics: Number of calls made, Deals closed, Follow-ups completed, Active leads being managedQualifications:Bachelor in Business Administration, or related field.3+ experience in sales (remote sales preferred)Ability to manage multiple conversations and leads simultaneouslyProficiency with CRM tools and sales technologyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong discipline, self-motivation, and results orientationBenefits$ 15,000 mxn base monthly salaryMonthly bonus up to $1,000 usdYear-end Bonus100% remote full-time collaboration5/7 work days, full timeOpportunities for growth and development.Required:Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.Extra Computer MonitorAnti virus softwareInternet speed of at least 100MBPSHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcamBattery back up for computerQuiet, dedicated workspace at home
