The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end delivery of web projects, from planning to go-live.Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, development, QA) and external vendors.Ensure compliance with healthcare content standards (e.g., HPRC, Veeva Vault).Use tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress and document workflows.Monitor live sites post-launch and coordinate quick resolution of issues.Support delivery governance through structured methodologies (mainly Waterfall, with Agile collaboration).Requirements:5+ years of experience in project management or digital delivery, ideally in a regulated industry.Strong knowledge of marketing workflows and digital content lifecycle.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Veeva Vault.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with CI/CD processes and quality assurance standards.English proficiency (spoken and written).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.Exposure to Agile environments (e.g., backlog management, sprint reviews).UX/UI or marketing certifications are a plus.Why Join Us:At GreyMatters Innovationz, you’ll work on impactful projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.
