The TekniPlex Corporate Sustainability team is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to lead sustainability data analytics, strategize solutions, and support the development of sustainability initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing TekniPlex's sustainability data management systems, analyzing complex data sets, responding to customer and corporate sustainability needs, and contributing to regulatory strategy initiatives in collaboration with executive leadership.Primary Responsibilities:Lead the enhancement of sustainability data tracking, calculations, and reporting systems in collaboration with the Corporate Sustainability team.Serve as a critical liaison between the Corporate Sustainability team and sales and operations leaders, coordinating and guiding responses to customer and stakeholder sustainability inquiries.Strategize and coordinate internal and external resources to meet global sustainability regulation requirements and strategic initiatives.Conduct comprehensive sustainability-focused research on competitors and customers, identifying trends and potential strategic opportunities.Analyze, document, and manage complex project requirements, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and regulatory standards.Develop and present insights on sustainability issues, collaborating directly with executive leadership to shape strategic decisions.Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.English advanced/proficient Proven experience in sustainability data analysis, including emissions calculations and strategic data management.Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and initiatives.Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.Keen attention to detail, with a strong analytical and quantitative skill set.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in data visualization and reporting.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a dynamic environment.
