Key Responsibilities:Supplier Evaluation and Approval:Coordinate quality and food safety audits for new suppliers.Validate technical documentation and regulatory compliance (e.g., FSSC 22000, HACCP).Manage the supplier qualification and onboarding process.Operational Quality Management:Monitor supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).Implement corrective and preventive actions for identified deviations.Collaborate with Procurement, R&I, and Operations to define acceptance criteria for materials.Crisis and Emergency Purchasing Management:Assess alternative suppliers during critical situations to ensure business continuity.Apply risk-based decision-making for urgent sourcing needs.Supplier Development:Design continuous improvement plans and provide technical training.Foster long-term, collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers.Regulatory Compliance and Audits:Ensure compliance with local and international standards.Lead internal and external audits related to supplier quality.Required Profile:Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar roles within Quality or Supply Chain, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.Technical Knowledge:Quality and food safety management systems (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP).Supplier risk assessment and auditing.Regulatory frameworks and compliance.Skills:Leadership and decision-making.Effective communication and negotiation.Analytical thinking and results orientation.Project management and cross-functional collaboration.We provide a competitive salary along with standard and enhanced benefits.
