You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating hires across departments. Your goal? Fill seats with A-players—fast and efficiently.What You’ll Be Doing- Build and run recruiting funnels that consistently bring in top talent - Write and update job descriptions and role scorecards - Post roles to the right places—fast, targeted, intentional - Actively source and headhunt on LinkedIn, job boards, and elsewhere - Screen candidates through resumes, async forms, and interviews - Run first-round interviews to assess culture fit and role alignment - Collaborate with team leads on final interviews and decisions - Own onboarding and support new hires as they ramp up - Continuously improve recruiting process and hiring systemsMust-Have Experience- Strong spoken and written English - 2+ years in recruiting or HR roles - Confident interviewer and communicator - Experience sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting - Bonus if you’ve worked with startups, agencies, or global teamsEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Fully RemoteThis position is open to international applicants.
