Our goal is to carry out selection processes for companies that best care for human capital and have people at the center of their policies.Our client is a leading international provider of end-to-end global supply chain solutions and cross-border e-commerce.Functions:Responsible for validating and implementing WMS solutions, which involves tasks such as requirements gathering, system configuration, user training, and troubleshooting.Ensure the system aligns with business objectives and complies with relevant standards.Collaborate closely with operations teams, implementation teams, and stakeholders, playing a key role in optimizing WMS processes and maximizing the efficiency of the Oracle platform.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience working with Oracle WMS modules (Cloud or EBS)Strong knowledge of Oracle WMS functionalities, system configurations, and troubleshooting methodologiesSolid understanding of warehouse processes, logistics, and supply chain operationsKnowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, or Oracle BI for reporting and data analysisExperience with Agile or other project management methodologiesProficient in EnglishAvailability to travelUS VisaValid passportWe offer:Negotiable monthly salary based on experience30 days of Christmas bonus with annual increaseSavings fundFood stampsLife insuranceHealth insuranceLocation:Guadalajara, Mexico or Monterrey, Mexico
