The OpportunityAnalyze, record and provide the documentation and accounting adjustments that ensure the financial closure of the company, as well as prepare, integrate and excute the financial report in HFM system in order to provide reliable information to shareholders based in coporative polices from Pepsico.Your ImpactAs Accountant Analyst Temporal your responsibilities would consist ofAssist with period-end close procedures including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals to ensure accuracy of financial statement during period end closing, including HFM upload.Collaborate with PepsiCo divisions on various accounting transactions.Prepare and record income tax journal entriesPartner with US Corporate Consolidation Center of Excellence on accounting matters.Analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.DEExecute financial report Pepsico (Smartview / FDM – HFM). EParticipate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.ICGenerate clear communication with OU, Intercompany counterparts and other users throughout the region and in the SSC.ICMaintain internal control procedures and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.Support external audit requests.Complete ad hoc projects as requested.Who Are We Looking For?EducationAccounting degree (CPA preferred).Experience2+ years of relevant experience in USGAAP.Good time management skills, self-directed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (english and spanish), has the ability to collaborate cross functionally with US teams.Advanced knowledge of the principles Accounting processes (Bank Management/ AR/ GL/Intercompanies/ Financial Reporting/Taxes), and business standards for integrated financial analysis.
