NTT Data is looking for a Field Tech Support Engineer to join the team.Workplace: Onsite in QuerétaroEnglish required.Requirements:Experience in user support on the Windows platformNetworking skillsA means of transportation (car, motorcycle)Useful Microsoft Office knowledge Windows OS knowledge, installation, and configuration HW and SW support (laptops, desktops, printers (basic). Ticket registration (Service now)ExperienceMinimum of 2 years as Technical Support Networking (basic: knowing how to identify the type of equipment, configuration, etc.) Ticket logging. User interaction. Activities Contact with multiple users within the office, plant, and VIP users. Manage the inventory of accessories, consumables, and assets.Network: monitoring, escalations with the responsible person, configuration via phone calls with people from other countries, and coordination and support with suppliers for equipment installation. Videoconferencing: system installation, account configuration, ongoing monitoring of videoconference rooms, coordination and support with suppliers for equipment installation. Performing regular equipment audits monthly. Compliance with SLAs.
