We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join our team and lead quality initiatives in our manufacturing operations.Your Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Quality department, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards (ISO, etc.).Develop and implement quality strategies, systems, and procedures to ensure product excellence.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Oversee quality audits, corrective actions, and customer complaint resolution.Ensure quality performance metrics are tracked, analyzed, and reported effectively.Provide training and support to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to maintain high product standards.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in quality management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in extrusion process.Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, 8D, PPAP, etc.).Experience with ISO 9001, or similar quality standards.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Fluent in English mandatory.At REHAU, we value innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.
