As we continue to scale our global footprint, we are seeking a skilled Global Logistics Specialist (Downstream) to join our growing team.Position OverviewThe Global Logistics Specialist (Downstream) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our domestic logistics operations, particularly in support of our e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels. This role focuses on managing Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) replenishments, retail/wholesale shipments, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners, with a strong emphasis on performance tracking, vendor accountability, and logistics optimization.Key Responsibilities1. E-Commerce Logistics & FBA ReplenishmentMonitor and track FBA shipments to ensure timely inventory replenishment.Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PLs for seamless inventory movement to Amazon fulfillment centers.Ensure compliance with Amazon’s receiving policies to prevent delays and stockouts.Analyze inventory flow trends and recommend process enhancements.2. Retail & Wholesale Shipment ManagementBook, track, and coordinate domestic retail and wholesale shipments.Manage LTL and FTL freight shipments, ensuring adherence to retailer and distributor logistics requirements.Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to resolve logistics disruptions.Analyze performance data to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.3. 3PL & Vendor ManagementEnforce 3PL Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to shipping accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.Track logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, transit time, order accuracy) and proactively address issues.Partner with carriers and 3PLs to resolve delays or shipment exceptions in real time.Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives through vendor collaboration.4. Shipment Tracking & AnalyticsMaintain real-time tracking across all downstream logistics operations.Use data analytics to evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions.Provide regular reporting on shipping metrics, costs, and KPIs to leadership.Build and maintain dashboards to enhance visibility across the supply chain.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, ideally in e-commerce or retail.In-depth knowledge of FBA logistics, domestic freight management (LTL/FTL), and 3PL operations.Proven experience working with freight carriers, logistics providers, and retail distribution networks.Proficiency in logistics platforms, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving.Excellent organizational and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration experience.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-oriented environment.Bilingual in Spanish & English, and knowledge of import/export compliance.Bonus: Passion for off-roading, powersports, the outdoor lifestyle, or entrepreneurial spirit.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)FBA replenishment complianceOn-time shipment bookings and tracking accuracyRetail & wholesale SLA adherenceReduction in shipping delays and exceptionsCost-efficiency improvements in freight/logistics spendWhy Join Us:Joining Rhino USA means being part of a dynamic and innovative team that is shaping the future of e-commerce and the Powersport Accessory industry.
